Slot-Inclusion QoS (siQoS)

siQoS is the policy framework that controls how slots are allocated between JIT, AOT, institutional reservations, and public overflow. Think of it as quality-of-service for blockspace.

Inputs

  • Historical slot utilization and revert rate.
  • Current auction demand curves.
  • Risk posture (MEV shielded vs. public lanes).
  • Validator availability + stake weight.

Outputs

Lane Allocation

Tells the reservation engine how many slots per minute to dedicate to each lane. Automatically rebalances to avoid starving priority segments.

Pricing Guidance

Publishes suggested floor/ceiling bids so teams can plan budgets without monitoring raw mempool noise 24/7.

Governance Hooks

siQoS parameters (lane caps, fairness coefficients, validator incentives) can be adjusted through the Raiku governance module. Validators stake reputation and share in the marketplace revenue, so they are incentivized to maintain high-quality service.
